Buying a home will remain a dream for most middle income group unless they get financial assistance from bank. We help our buyers to make your home loan dreams a reality. Getting a loan becomes easy as the conditions and eligibility criteria are predefined and we assist in all paper work and formalities.

90% loan facility

We have been offering up to 90% loan facility for all our projects and even 100% in some cases. Loans are normally given to people with assured fixed monthly income of above Rs. 40000/- based on the amount of loan required. Hence it is easier for NRIs and employees to get loans with CMR assistance.


A salary or regular income of about Rs. 50000/- per month is required for availing home loan of Rs. 30 lakhs. It can be borrower’s individual income or jointly with the spouse or immediate family member. The loan availed can be foreclosed any time after 24 hours. Or you can keep paying lumpsum amounts as and when possible over and above the regular monthly instalment. Accordingly loan amount and interest total get reduced. There is no fine or penalty for closing the loan early. Normally required documents are as follows:

  1. Biodata
  2. Passport size Photographs - 4 nos.
  3. Photo Identity Proof
  4. Copy of Identity Card issued by employer
  5. Last one year Salary A/c Statement - Abroad or India
  6. If any Previous bank loan exists in India or Abroad - Bank Account Statement for last one year
  7. Salary Slip for last 6 months
  8. All documents should be self attested.
  9. Applicable only for NRI's
  10. Passport, First page and Last Page
  11. Visa Copy
  12. Copy of valid work VISA / work contract
  13. Salary Certificate attested by Indian Embassy

Loan is sanctioned against security of the home you are buying. Salary certificate ensures that you have the required repayment capacity in installments. Banks also offer Loan Protection scheme through which you get back the loan amount on loan closure which is linked to an SIP (systematic investment plan). Also accident insurance policy covers repayment of the loan by insurance company in case of accidental death of the borrower. CMR staff assists the buyer in all loan related formalities.

Hassle free loans are available for up to 30 years. Age limit for repayment is about 60 years for NRI borrowers and 70 years for domestic borrowers.
